About these terms
These terms apply to your use of https://notionforarchitecture.com and to any purchase of ArchitectOS and InteriorDesignOS (the "templates"). They are an agreement between you and Raghav Handa ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a template you accept them.
What you are buying
- ArchitectOS: $79, a one-time payment through Gumroad (https://raghavrhanda.gumroad.com/l/ydbsaf).
- InteriorDesignOS: $79, a one-time payment through Gumroad (https://raghavrhanda.gumroad.com/l/tchpg).
Each template is a set of Notion pages and databases, delivered after payment as a link that you duplicate into your own Notion workspace. You receive the template only: no software, hosting, subscription or service. Product descriptions and previews on the site are illustrative; the pricing section lists what each template includes.
Payment and delivery
Gumroad processes payment and delivers your purchase, and its terms apply to the checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars; taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you are. Delivery is immediate, by link, once payment completes.
Your licence
When you buy a template, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to duplicate, use and customise it for your own work and for the internal use of your firm or organisation.
You may not:
- Resell, share, sublicense or give away the template, or a duplicate link to it.
- Publish or sell the template, or a modified version of it, as your own template or product.
- Remove the template from its intended use as a workspace for you or your organisation.
We keep all intellectual property rights in the templates and the site content.
Notion
You need your own Notion account to use the templates, and your use of Notion is governed by Notion's terms. Some features, such as guests, automations or Notion AI, depend on your Notion plan. Notion for Architecture is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Notion Labs, Inc.
Refunds
You can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason. See the refund policy at https://notionforarchitecture.com/refund-policy.
No professional advice
The templates and the free resources on this site are organisational tools and general information. They are not legal, financial, architectural or other professional advice, and they do not replace your own professional judgment or obligations, such as calculating deadlines, protecting client confidentiality or keeping records required by your regulator.
Disclaimer and liability
The templates and site are provided "as is". We work to keep them accurate and useful, but we do not promise they will suit every purpose or be free of errors, and Notion may change features that a template relies on. Links to third-party videos, articles and sites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a template is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost data, profit or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without depriving you of any mandatory protection under the law of the country where you live.
