7-day refund
Every purchase of ArchitectOS and InteriorDesignOS comes with a 7-day refund. If the template isn't right for you, ask within 7 days of your purchase date and we will refund the full price. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
- Email hello@notionforarchitecture.com from the address you used at checkout.
- Include your Gumroad order reference or receipt, if you have it.
- That's it: one email is enough.
What happens next
We confirm by email and issue the refund through Gumroad to your original payment method, usually within a few working days of your request. Your bank or card provider may take longer to show it.
Once refunded, your licence ends: please delete your duplicated copy of the template and don't share the link.
After 7 days
Requests after 7 days aren't normally refundable, but write to us anyway if something has gone wrong, such as a duplicate purchase or a template that doesn't work as described. This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
