Who we are
Notion for Architecture (https://notionforarchitecture.com) is run by Raghav Handa, based in India, who is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@notionforarchitecture.com.
What we collect and why
- Purchase details. When you buy ArchitectOS and InteriorDesignOS, Gumroad processes the order and shares your name, email address, country, the product bought, price and order reference with us. We use them to deliver the template, answer support requests, process refunds and keep records required by law.
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep the message and your email address to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
- Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. These logs are kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking, we do not create user accounts, and we do not sell personal data. Any newsletter sign-up form on the site is not yet active and collects nothing.
Your Notion workspace
Our templates are duplicated into your own Notion account. Whatever you store there is held by Notion Labs, Inc. under your agreement with Notion, and we have no access to it. Review Notion's own privacy and security documentation, and any professional obligations you have, before storing client or confidential information.
Third-party services
- Gumroad processes payments and delivers purchases. It handles your payment card details; we never see them. Gumroad's own privacy policy applies to the checkout.
- Google Fonts provides the site's typefaces, so your browser requests font files from Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
- YouTube. Our resource pages show video thumbnails loaded from YouTube's image servers. A video player loads only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced (youtube-nocookie.com) mode; YouTube's privacy policy then applies.
- Our hosting provider serves the site and keeps the server logs described above.
- External links to Notion, YouTube, blogs and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Legal basis and retention
We process purchase data to perform our contract with you and to meet legal and tax obligations, and support emails on the basis of your request. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it first. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires; support emails are kept for as long as useful to help you and then deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors in the UK or EU, the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, and nominate someone to exercise your rights. Email hello@notionforarchitecture.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to your local data-protection authority.
International transfers and security
Gumroad, Google, YouTube and our hosting provider may process data outside India. We use established providers and keep the personal data we hold to a minimum, protected by access controls on our email and accounts.
Children
Notion for Architecture is for adults and students aged 16 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
